This year we are offering a variety of New Zealand tours visiting destinations we have not offered before and also the return of our popular favourites.
For 2018 we are offering more South Island Tours; we are still offering our full South Island Tour, but we thought long and hard of other destinations in the South Island we have not visited in detail…..and we have come up with some fantastic tours.
Wednesday 13 June – Monday 18 June 2018 ~ Bay of Islands Escape (6 Days)
Journey with us this winter to the Bay of Islands, rich in culture and history and blessed with a pristine natural environment. While touring this beautiful destination we visit Rawene, Russell one of the oldest European settlements in New Zealand, the Waitangi Treaty house and view Ngatokimatawhaorua, enjoy a cruise of inland waterway of Opua & Okiato, with the highlight of the trip visiting the most northern point of New Zealand, Cape Reinga.

Saturday 1 September – Tuesday 11 September 2018 ~Classic Cars Tour (11 Days)
A car lover’s dream tour! This 11 day New Zealand tour showcases thousands of classic cars and memorabilia. We visit a wide variety of both public museums and private car collections including classic cars, tractors, trucks, motorcycles and aeroplanes, while touring our beautiful countryside at the same time.

Monday 17 September – Saturday 22 September 2018 ~ Southern Explorer (6 Days)
Join us on our Southern Explorer Tour as we explore the beautiful lake and alpine areas around Queenstown. We will make several day trips over the 6 days visiting highlights such as Arrowtown, Glenorchy, Fiordland National Park, enjoying attractions such as a Milford Sound Cruise, Gibbston Valley wine tasting, the TSS Earnslaw and Walter Peak Station and much more. Sunday 23 December 2018 to Thursday 3 January 2019 ~ Christmas & New Year Combo (12 Days)
Join us for an extended break away over this year’s festive season. Travel to Wellington, before enjoying Christmas Day Lunch at Blenheim, bring in the New Year in Nelson, where we will explore what the Nelson & Tasman Region has to offer. This is a well balanced tour taking in the popular sights and activities, but all at a relaxed pace.

Sunday 23 December to Friday 28 December 2018 ~ Christmas Tour (6 Days)
This year, we are spending Christmas at the top of the South Island. We travel down to Wellington by coach and stay overnight, before cruising through the Marlborough Sounds on the Interislander. Christmas Day will be spent in Blenheim, situated in the heart of wine-growing Marlborough. We’ll also travel down the newly rebuilt State Highway 1 to Kaikoura, which was damaged in the November 2016 earthquake. We’ll stay in the alpine village of Hanmer Springs before making our way to Nelson for the final night of the tour.

Thursday 27 December 2018 – Thursday 3 January 2019 ~ New Year Tour (8 Days)
On this eight day New Year Stay Put, we are exploring the Nelson & Tasman region, with day trips each day including a cruise in the Abel Tasman National Park, visiting Eyebright Store, the Wearable Arts and Classic Cars Museum, a local brewery and the Nelson Lakes National Park. We also visit local gardens, museums and beaches while in Nelson, all at a leisurely pace. Travelling back from Nelson, we enjoy a stunning cruise onboard the Interislander, and spend a night in Wellington before returning home.

Saturday 12 January-Thursday 17 January 2019 ~Capital Explorer Tour (6 Days)
Wellington – a capital city of natural beauty, heritage architecture, art and culture. Wedged between bush-clad hills and a splendid natural harbour, Wellington enjoys an incomparable setting of ever-changing moods. On a clear day, the harbour sparkles but the arrival of southern storms can bring amazingly dramatic seas and winds. A vibrant city with a buzzing art, music, theatre and restaurant scene, designer and boutique shopping, Wellington is also home to the New Zealand Parliament and the national museum, Te Papa. On this six day tour, we’ll experience what Wellington has to offer, including visits to the Weta Workshop, and Zealandia, browsing the local produce at the Harbourside Market, a scenic drive through the Wairarapa countryside and concluding with a visit to the sunny Hawke’s Bay.

This tour encompasses 14 days of some of the most spectacular scenery in the South island. Flying in and out of Christchurch and covering a large amount of the South Island with time out in key areas to enjoy at your leisure such as, Queenstown, Milford Sound, Invercargill – with the opportunity to travel to Stewart Island, The Catlins, Dunedin and Christchurch. We include a cruise on the majestic Milford Sound and other highlights include Haast, Fox & Franz Josef Glaciers, Mount Cook and Lake Tekapo. This tour is ideal for those with a limited amount of time but still interested in seeing a good amount of the beautiful South Island.
